Spiffy at the
10th Annual Children's Faire

Auburn California, December 17, 1998

Maybe a thousand kids and adults. Over 500 balloon animals and hats. What a day! We were hoppin'.

AND it wouldn't haveworked without the assistance of a terrific Junior Joey named 'Bumpie Bee'.

The booth was a giant Candyland featuring gingerbread house, peppermints, twinkling lights and icicles and singing frogs. It received the Santa's Favorite Award. We were strategically located next to the Wild-Things set up and were treated to visits from a llama, bear cub, alligator, hedgehog, monkey and more.

The event was a hands on fun, free day for kids from all over Placer county.
Service organizations put up booths, decorated and had games and prizes for the parade of bright eyed youngsters.
